  2. Product Nature: This digital product is delivered electronically, and no physical item will be shipped to your address.
  3. Delivery Details: The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate contact details for digital delivery to the correct device. Incorrect information may lead to delivery issues for which we take no responsibility.
  4. Sales and Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and refunds are not possible. Feel free to reach out with any questions before making a purchase.
  5. Usage and License Restrictions: The provided files and licenses are intended for personal use only. Sharing or distributing the product is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms may result in legal action.
  6. Copyright and Distribution: All files are original and copyrighted to WriteNow Planners. Unauthorized reselling, copying, or distribution in any form is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms may result in legal action.
  7. Copyright Protection: To protect WriteNow Planner’s product, the product allows a maximum of two downloads. This measure is in place to protect against unauthorized copying and distribution. The purchaser is responsible for downloading and opening it up on the device they intend to edit the product on. 
  8. GDPR Responsibility: As a seller, WriteNow Planners implement reasonable security measures to protect your data prior to and after purchase. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and purchasers are encouraged to take their precautions. As a purchaser, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for complying with GDPR regulations applicable to your use of this product.
  9. Offline Security: Once purchased, the product is 'offline' ensuring that we (WriteNow Planners) have no longer have access to it. You (The Purchaser) have sole ownership and assume the responsibility for complying with GDPR regulations applicable to your use of this product.
  10. Compatibility: Please ensure that your device and software are compatible with the provided file formats before making a purchase. 
  11. Support: While we strive to provide excellent customer support, it may be limited. Please check our support documentation, videos, and feel free to contact us for any assistance.
  12. Delivery Time: Due to our personalisation service, the product will be available for download within 48 hours after purchase. In case of any delay or issues, please contact our support.
  13. Modification of terms: WriteNow reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. Current terms and conditions can be found on WriteNow’s website for full transparency.

WriteNow Planners does not warrant that the digital planner will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Any use of the digital planner is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for ensuring its compatibility with your devices and software.

WriteNow Planners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the digital planner.

In no event shall WriteNow Planners, its affiliates, or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising from the use or inability to use the digital planner.

By purchasing and downloading the digital planner, you acknowledge and agree that WriteNow Planners' liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. You further understand and accept that this limitation of liability is a fundamental element of the agreement between you and WriteNow Planners.

WriteNow Planners shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from:

Any reliance placed on the accuracy or completeness of the digital planner.

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the digital planner.

Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the digital planner.
